realisation is creating immense demand for Cannabis that is high quality, consistent and has
a diversity of genetics.

I write to you as a person who is currently accessing Medicinal Cannabis, prescribed by a General Practitioner, under
the Therapeutic Goods Administration Special Access Scheme and Authorised Provider pathway.

In short, many Australian doctors oppose any expansion of access to medicinal cannabis
because there is insufficient evidence of its benefits.

Despite this, the current regulatory regime for medicinal Cannabis remains problematic to
access, and difficult to afford for many users, or potential users according to anecdotal
evidence.
