Background
Mr Ricky James Bais, aged 38 years, suffered from paranoid schizophrenia, which
had been complicated by his ingestion of illicit substances, including cannabis.

I am also still on my Metformin treatments and I have been able to access and I'm
using medicinal cannabis through a prescription service, where I take CBD oil at night before
bedtime.

you would need to question as to the merits of actually 2
adopting a must-do approach to something in this 3
particular area because, unfortunately, we do know that 4
the prevalence of illicit drug use, whether it's from 5
drugs such as cannabis, methamphetamine, heroin and 6
others, there is a relatively significant prevalence of 7
the use of illicit drugs in our community. 8
