Rubbish Dumps and Rubbish Bins
9.25.1 Interfere with, remove or take away any rubbish that has been
discarded at any rubbish dump on Local Government land.
9.25.2 Remove, disperse or interfere with any rubbish (including bottles,
newspapers, cans, containers or packaging) that has been discarded
in a bin on Local Government land for collection by the Council (or its
agent).

Likely lack of broad social consent
While the emotive nature of some of the antinuclear posts on the YourSay nuclear
site have attracted derision and disdain from some quarters, I found many of them
refreshingly honest and full of common sense, and clearly indicative of a lack of
“broad social consent” as defined by the NFCRCR.

site.

When speaking to this motion, the Honourable
Member described historical contaminated sites in South Australia, referring to the
“unfortunate past practices”5 of owners of sites, including dumps, service stations,
foundries, tanneries and factories.
