the person complies with the mooring rules set out in paragraph 7.3 of the

coastal dwellings, coastal industry, boat ramps, toilets near boat ramps, how these various things
are disposed of and what have you.

4.10.4 hire out a boat or otherwise use a boat for commercial purposes in any
waters or part of any waters where the Council has determined that this
clause applies;
4.10.5 moor a boat on or to local government land to which the Council has
determined this clause applies;
4.10.6 moor any boat on or to local government land other than in accordance with
such time limits and other conditions determined by the Council by resolution
and set out in a notice on or in the vicinity of the land to which the time limits
or conditions apply;
4.10.7 obstruct any boat, mooring site
