At the request of the Premier and
the Minister of Health, the Office has also
commenced to evaluate the impact of
the amendment to the controlled
Substances Act, 1986 which allows for the
expiation by payment of a fine of simple
cannabis offences.

Controlled Substances (Cannabis Decriminalisation) Amendment - lapsed in Council.

As consumer demand for medicinal cannabis increases, PRASA has contributed to
ensuring that pharmacy premises comply with the required legislation.

I am also still on my Metformin treatments and I have been able to access and I'm
using medicinal cannabis through a prescription service, where I take CBD oil at night before
bedtime.
